Prayer: Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.05.2026 and take suitable action and pass such further or other orders as this Honble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.
ORDER
When the matter came up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition, however, with liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the self same cause of action by duly challenging the order passed under section 77-B.
2. With such liberty granted to the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
