Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 2nd respondent pertaining to proceedings tpLtp/vz;/8613/2023 dated 30.11.2023 and proceedigns vide tpLtp/vz;/851/2024 dated 03.02.2024 and proceedings vide tpLtp/vz;/852/2024 dated 03.02.2024 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and non-est in law and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent to refix the seniority of the petitioner in the cadre of Assistant / Bench Clerk Grade-II by including his name in the panel of the year 2023 below the name of his immediate senior N.Sivapriya and grant all other consequential service promotional benefits and monetary benefits within the time stipulated.

3. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default / non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
