PRAYER
Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent no.1,2 to take appropriate action against the Respondent no.4 on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 18.04.2026 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.
ORDER
Seeking to direct the respondents no.1,2 to take appropriate action against the Respondent no.4 on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 18.04.2026, this writ petition is filed.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that with regard to the complaint received from the petitioner, C.S.R.No.729 of 2025 was issued, enquiry was conducted and the same has been closed on 13.12.2025 advising the parties to approach appropriate forum.
3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed of, giving liberty to file a private complaint.
