This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings of the first respondent made in No.421/UTHA.2/2026 dated 14.05.2026 and for a consequential direction to the respondents to grant ordinary leave for 28 days without escort to the petitioner's husband, who is presently serving sentence at Central Prison, Palayamkottai,

3. The petitioner's husband is a life convict and he is presently serving sentence at Central Prison, Palayamkottai. The petitioner
