PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to issue the savings Account statement and other details in respect of the Savings Bank Account Nos. 447252745 and 35527 held by the petitioners deceased husband, Mr.Rasool Ansary, S/o. Peer Mohamed and not to disburse the amount available in the said account to anyone without consent form all the legal heirs of the petitioners deceased husband, Mr. Rasool Ansary considering the petitioners representation dated 03-06-2026 within time stipulated by this Court.
