PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 1st respondent in connection with the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.COLRD/951/2025-A4, dated 18.10.2025 and to quash the same and consequently, to direct the 1st Respondent to grant license to the petitioner to run the business and installation of machineries within a time frame fixed by this Court.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition preserving liberty to file an appeal before the appropriate forum. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.

2.Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on filing such appeal within the time stipulated by this Court, the Court concerned is directed to consider the appeal without going into the question of limitation.

3.There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
