Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 praying this Court to punish the contemnor/1st respondent for the deliberate and wilful disobedience on compliance with the order dated 17.11.2025 passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.32757 of 2025.

ORDER

Learned Government Advocate has placed on record the proceedings dated 20.05.2026, whereby the order forming the subject matter of the present contempt petition has been complied with.

2.The petitioner had submitted objections before the first respondent contending, inter alia, that one of the members concerned was deceased and that Form Nos.6 and 7 had been issued illegally in the name of the deceased person. It was also contended that no General Body Meeting had been conducted in accordance with law. The said objections have been considered by the respondent and rejected in the proceedings dated 20.05.2026, for the reasons assigned therein.

3.In view of the subsequent proceedings dated 20.05.2026, which indicate compliance with the order alleged to have been violated, nothing further survives for consideration in the present contempt petition.

4.Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed, reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 20.05.2026 in the manner known to law, if so advised. No costs
