ORDER
These writ petitions have been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioners’ representation dated 13.04.2026.
Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government's counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents in all the petitions.
By consent of the parties, the main petitions are taken up for disposal in the stage of admission itself.
The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in this case, the petitioners filed the representations dated 13.04.2026 before the respondents, for issuance of patta, pertaining to the respective subject property. However, the said representations were not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, these petitions.
In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioners’ representations will be disposed of within a period of 8 weeks and hence, he requests this Court to pass appropriate orders.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.04.2026 and after issuing notice to all the concerned parties, dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above directions, these writ petitions are disposed of. No cost.
