Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to remove the encroachment made by the fifth respondent in the public street in Survey No.724 situated at Kattaiyagoundanpudur, Kodalvavi Village, Sriramapuram, Dindigul District and restore the same, in its original position by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.07.2024 within time frame fixed by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent.

2.We direct the third respondent to consider the writ petitioner's representation and pass an appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The third respondent shall hear the writ petitioner as well as the fifth respondent before passing orders.

3.This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
