PRAYER :
Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to calling for the records relating to the order passed by the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.A2/43811-33/2023 dated 30.10.2023 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 4th respondent to issue the fresh inter se seniority for the post of Assistant for the year 2018-2019 and fix the petitioners seniority of the petition in accordance therewith.
ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted a letter dated 28.06.2026, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition.
2. A copy of the withdrawal letter is taken on record and in view of the letter submitted by the petitioners counsel, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
