PRAYER

Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to allow the civil revision petition and strike of the Plaint in OS.No.183 of 2022 from the file of the Learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpet.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
