ORDER

This Original Petition has been filed under Section 372 of the Act for the grant of a succession certificate to the petitioner, with power to collect the debts and receive interest and dividends on, and negotiate and transfer, the securities specified in the Schedule hereto. The net amount is Rs.5,78,304.05. Succession duty of Rs.25,000/- was paid on 21.11.2025.

2. When this matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and has made an endorsement to that effect on the case file.

3. Recording the same, this Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected applications, if any, are also closed.
