A writ petition challenging an interlocutory order becomes infructuous if the main proceeding from which the order arose is disposed of during the pendency of the petition.

PRAYER :
Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 1st respondent in I.A. No.49/2022 in D.C.C. No.354 of 2021 dated 01.07.2022 and quash the same consequently directing the 2nd respondent to provide the details of the attendance of the 3rd respondent for 3 years i.e., 2012 to 2015 before 1st respondent.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the present writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed in I.A.No.49 of 2022 in D.C.C.No.354 of 2021. However, during the pendency of the present writ petition, D.C.C.No.354 of 2021 itself has already been disposed of.
2. In view of the above, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition.
3. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
