Prayer: This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.100/2018 dated 30.11.2022 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to give approval of planning permission pursuant to the application dated 12.11.2022.

1. This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.100/2018 dated 30.11.2022 and for a consequential direction to the respondent to give approval of planning permission pursuant to the application dated 12.11.2022.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent would submit that the un-authorized construction has already been removed.
3. Since the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed, nothing survives for further consideration in this writ petition.
4. The Writ Petition stands dismissed, accordingly. Liberty is granted to the writ petitioner to workout the remedy in the manner known to law, if he is so advised. No costs. consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
