The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to file an appeal under Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905, and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.Recording the submission and granting such liberty, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
