Prayer:This petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings No. T4 / TNPCB / F.026620 / NGL-2 / A / 2022, dated 22.06.2022 issued by the third respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to remove the lock / seal put up in the quarry unit of the petitioner situated in S.F.No. 473/1(B) over an extent of 0.54.65 Ha in Ayacode village at Kalkulam Taluk, in Kanyakumari District.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the matter has now become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
