Prayer:This petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order in Na.Ka.No.40/2022 dated 03.06.2022 on the file of the respondent No.3 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 2 to bring 1980/91 Nedumaramkanmoi Plantation, Thirupathur Social Forestry Division, Thirupathur, Sivagangai District in an extent of 39.14 Hectares for Public within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the matter has now become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
