(i) Infringement of Applicant/Plaintiffs registered trademarks including LEYLAND ASHOK LEYLAND AVTR, VIKING, LEYLAND DOST and its formative marks
(ii) Infringement of Applicant/Plaintiffs Copyright over the artistic work, literary works, artistic logo, stylised word mark, promotional banners, literary content, website layout, graphical user interface, typography, visual presentation, photographs, promotional artwork, homepage architecture, arrangement of artistic and literary elements, website content and any other original artistic or literary works
(iii) Passing off the Applicants/ Plaintiffs registered Trademark including LEYLAND ASHOK LAYLAND AVTR, VIKING, LEYLAND DOST and itsformative marks.
ORDER
When this matter is taken up for hearing, a memo dated 27.08.2026 has beenfiled seeking to withdraw this application as not pressed and to proceed with other pending applications seeking interim injunctive and other reliefs as prayed fortherein.
2. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
