Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to cancel the fake settlement deed vide Doc. No.626/2009 and Doc. No.8068/2013 to change the records in the petitioner name vie Doc. No.2636/2010 of 1stPetitioner.

ORDER

1. This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamusdirecting the 1st respondent to cancel the Settlement Deeds and to restore thename of the petitioner.

2.The above relief sought for by the petitioner is unsustainable, since the District Registrar does not have the power to cancel any documents.

3.The petitioner is already prosecuting a suit before the Court belowand orders have been passed in this regard in Review Application No.48 of2024.

4.In view of the same, the petitioner can workout her remedy in thepending suit and proceed further in accordance with law.

5.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No Costs.
