The present writ appeal has been instituted challenging the writ order dated 15.03.2023 passed in W.P.No.29603 of 2012.
2. The grievance of the appellant is that, though his name was sponsored for selection and appointment to the post of Junior Training Officer (Turner), he was not considered for appointment. However, his junior was appointed.
3. Learned Special Government Pleader would submit that no junior to the appellant was appointed and seniors alone were appointed. Pertinently, the name of the appellant was not sponsored by the employment exchange during the relevant point of time. Now, the selection procedure for appointment to the post of Junior Training Officer has underwent changes. Curiously, the appellant is presently aged about 63 years and therefore he is not entitled for any relief. The writ appeal stands dismissed. No costs.
