Review Application has been instituted seeking review of the order of this Court dated 26.03.2025 made in W.A.No.215 of 2023, instituted challenging the order dated 26.07.2021 passed in W.P.No.24671 of 2008.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that, as against the order passed by this Court in W.A.No.215 of 2023 dated 26.03.2025, the State has preferred a Special Leave Petition before the Apex Court in SLP.(Civil).Diary No.284 of 2026, wherein the Apex Court, while directing the respondent to continue to discharge his duties, has stayed the payment of arrears.

3. In view of the Special Leave Petition filed by the Review Applicants, this Review Application stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, are closed.
