Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, directing Respondents 1 to 7 to remove the illegal encroachment and the temporary metal sheet shed put up by the 8th respondent in the Government Natham land comprised in Survey No. 96/3 situated at Sirumugai Village, Mettupalayam Taluk, Coimbatore District and consequently direct the respondents to restore the cart track / pathway in survey no. 96/3 to its original condition so as to enable the petitioner to have free ingress an egress to his agricultural land comprised in survey no.94 and further direct respondents 5 to 7 to provide adequate police protection at the time of removal of the encroachment.
