The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that in view of the proceedings dated 22.03.2024 issued by the District Educational Officer (Elementary Education), Ponneri, rejecting the claim of the respondent employee, no further adjudication is required.

2.The learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the School Management also would submit that actions were initiated against the erred officials also.

3.In view of the above factual position, no further adjudication on merits needs to be undertaken. Consequently, the Writ Appeal stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
