This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent Nos1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the respondent Nos.4 to 6 for non-compliance of the Notice dated 02.01.2026 passed by the 3rd respondent vide Na.Ka.No.1493/2025 and to remove the encroachment on the 20 feet wide road comprised n Survey Nos.316/2 and 317/2 situated at Sri Sai Garden Layout Ward No.15 of Narasimhanaickenpalayam Town Panchayat Coimbatore District caused by respondents No.4 to 6 by erecting a gate and wire fencing. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for R1 and R2 would submit that encroachments involved in the present Writ Petition had already been removed. Learned Counsel for the petitioner has also endorsed the said submission.

3. In view of the above submissions, the present Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
