Learned counsel for the respondent Corporation would submit that the enforcement action for removal of encroachment in the water body has already been initiated based on the direction issued by the Division Bench in W.P.No.37108 of 2026 dated 29.09.2026.

2. It is seen that only the show cause notice issued by the respondent Corporation is under challenge in the present writ petition. However, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. Permission is granted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
