the respondents.

The present petition has been filed praying as follows :
“In the premises aforementioned, it is, most
respectfully prayed that Your Lordships may most
graciously be pleased to :
(i)
admit the Revision Petition;
(ii)
call all the connected records from the court
below Hon’ble Special Judge (NIA), Manipur;
(iii)
quashing and setting aside the impugned order
dated 24/10/2023, passed in Cril. Misc. Case No.
199 of 2023, [Ref:- FIR No. 1234 (9) 2023 PRT-
PS in c/w NIA Case No. RC-23/2023/NIA/DLI, U/s
120B/121A/122 IPC, 18/18B/39 UA(P) Act] by
the Hon’ble Special Judge (NIA), Manipur;
(iv)
to pass an interim order for allowing the
petitioners to appear through the medium of
electronic
video
linkage/video
conferencing

mode before the Hon’ble Special NIA Court,

dated 24/10/2023, passed in Cril. Misc. Case No.
199 of 2023, [Ref:- FIR No. 1234 (9) 2023 PRT-
PS in c/w NIA Case No. RC-23/2023/NIA/DLI, U/s
120B/121A/122 IPC, 18/18B/39 UA(P) Act] by
the Hon’ble Special Judge (NIA), Manipur during
pendency of the case;
(vi)
any other order or direction, which the Hon’ble
High Court deems fit, proper and just in the
nature of the present case.
AND
(vii) award cost of this petition.”

After some argument and in view of the express provision of
Section 21 of the NIA Act, 2008, Mr. N. Jonny Meetei, learned counsel,
appearing on behalf of the revision petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this
Criminal Revision Petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceeding in
accordance with law.

Leave and liberty granted.

Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and
disposed of.
