[2] Heard Mrs. Th. Babita, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Y. Ashang, learned G.A. assisted by Mr. Robert, learned counsel for the State respondent and Ms. L. Kamei, learned counsel for the Union of India.
[3] The petitioner earlier approached this Court by way of WP(C) No. 620 of 2025 for allowing him to mark the option for applying in Management Seat in SAHS. Due to miscommunication, he could not tick the relevant portion even though he has already ticked for Government Seat in RIMS, JNIMS and CMC.
[4] Vide order dated 12.08.2025, this Court allowed the petitioner to be considered for Management Seat under SAHS and observed in para 16 of the order dated 12.08.2025 that the admission of the petitioner in Management Seat should be done in terms of the prescri
