14-01-2026 Mr. Th. Khagemba, learned counsel appeared for the applicant; Mrs. L. Monomala, learned GA appeared for the respondents No. 1 and 2 and Ms. Nancy, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the respondent No. 3.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant that through bona fide mistake, the Sl. No. in respect of the private respondents, more particularly after Sl. No. 62, Sl. No. 63 has been repeated twice.

The present application has been filed with the prayer for allowing rectification of the bona fide mistake.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant that he may be allowed to re-number the second Sl. No. 63 as Sl. No. 63A by hand during the course of the day so as to enable the applicant to take steps for service of notice upon the private respondents No. 4 to 87 as directed earlier by this court.

Mrs. L. Monomala, learned GA and Ms. Nancy, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that they have no objection.

In view of the submission made above, the applicant is allowed to rectify the mistake with regard to the Sl. No. 63 of the private respondent as noted hereinabove. The learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to rectify the mistake by hand during the course of the day.

With the aforesaid direction, the present application is disposed of.
