[3] Mr. Robert, learned Dy. GA assisting Mr. S. Nepolean, learned Sr. counsel and GA entered appearance and accepts notice on behalf of respondent nos. 1, 2 & 3, hence no formal notice is called for in respect of the said respondents.

[4] Petitioner is to take steps for service of notice upon the respondent no. 4 by way of speed post service. Steps should be taken within one week and petitioner is to file affidavit showing proof of service of such notice.

[5] In the present case, the Education Engineering inviting E-tender both dated 22.07.2025 inviting Composite Bids in two Bids system (Technical and Financial Bid) for construction of (1) 50 Bedded Boys Hostel under Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Ulkarsh Abhiyan (DA-JGUA), 2025-26
