ORDER

This petition u/S 482 of CrPC has been filed by the petitioners seeking quashment of FIR pertaining to Crime No. 354 of 2022 registered by P.S. Azad Nagar Indore for offence punishable under Sections 498-A and Section 34 of IPC with all consequential proceedings thereto.

2/ It is stated in the petition that Savita wife of Harish Pal aged about 29 years had submitted a written complaint to SHO P.S. Azad Nagar Indore inter-alia stating that she was married to Harish Pal on 19.11.2021. Her husband Harish Pal, father-in-law Satish Pal and mother-in-law Sunita Pal started misbehaving with her over inadequate dowry after one month of her marriage. They used to taunt her. Her husband did not speak well with her and did not receive her calls. When she confronted her husband, he used to abuse her and threatened to expell her from home. The harassment of her husband and in-laws gradually increased. Her husband Harish Pal said that he is under loan of Rs. 28 lakhs, therefore, he is selling out all articles of dowry. Her husband had sold out her jewellery items and abused and manhandled her. On 10.2.2022, her husband and in-laws expelled her from matrimonial home. She called her father. He
