By way of present petition, the petitioner has called into question the order Annexure P-8 dated 24.07.2020 issued by the Principal Secretary, Department of Law and Legislative Affairs, Government of M.P., Bhopal, whereby the services of the petitioner, who was working as Judicial Officer on the post of Civil Judge Class - II (now designated as Civil Judge Junior Division) have been terminated in terms of Rule 11 (c) of M.P. Judicial Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1994 (for short hereinafter referred to as 'Rules 1994').
