This petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita ,2023 is filed requesting quashing of FIR registered at crime No. 420/2023 on the basis of compromise between the parties.

2/ As per the case of prosecution, father of victim report to P.S. Kasrawad District Khargone that his daughter aged around 15 years and 7 months (date of birth 2.2.2008) is missing since the intervening night of 4.9.2023 and 5.9.2023. He suspects that some unknown person might have enticed and taken his daughter. The Police Station Kasrawad registered FIR at crime No. 420/2023 for offence punishable under section 363 of IPC against unknown person. After recovering the victim, her statements were recorded. Victim alleged that accused/Satish has enticed and taken her and committed rape on her. She got pregnant. On such allegations, prosecution for offence punishable under Sections 363 , 366 , 376(2)(n) of IPC , section 5L, 6 of POCSO Act and Section 3(2)(va) of The Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act were added. Satish was arrested on 13.1.2024. Material for DNA examination was forwarded. On completion of investigation, final report was submitted.
