1. The instant petition has been preferred by petitioner under Article 226 (ANAND PATHAK) of the Constitution seeking following reliefs:-

It is therefore, most humbly prayed that the present petition may kindly be allowed and it is further prayed that the order Ann.P/1 dated 14.03.2024 passed by the respondent No.2 may kindly be quashed and it is further prayed that the order Ann.P/2 on 12.01.2024 may kindly be ordered to be restored in the interest of justice.

Or Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may kindly deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be granted.

2. Petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 14.03.2024 passed by C.E.O. Zila Panchayat Sheopur whereby respondent No.5 Dinesh Varma who was earlier working as Panchayat Secretary in the Gram Panchayat and was posted for a time being at Office of Janapad Panchayat Pohari has been against posted at Gram Panchayat Dobha.

3. Learned counsel for respondent/State opposed the prayer and termed this petition as misconceived. According to him, petitioner has no fundamental or statutory right to challenge the said order. In fact, it amounts to interfering in the day to day administration of C.E.O. Z
