1. The instant petition has been preferred by petitioner under Article 226 (ANAND PATHAK) of the Constitution seeking following reliefs:-
2. Petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 14.03.2024 passed by C.E.O. Zila Panchayat Sheopur whereby respondent No.5 Dinesh Varma who was earlier working as Panchayat Secretary in the Gram Panchayat and was posted for a time being at Office of Janapad Panchayat Pohari has been against posted at Gram Panchayat Dobha.
3. Learned counsel for respondent/State opposed the prayer and termed this petition as misconceived. According to him, petitioner has no fundamental or statutory right to challenge the said order. In fact, it amounts to interfering in the day to day administration of C.E.O. Z
