ORDER

Heard on the question of admission and interim relief.

In this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, thepetitioner is aggrieved by order dated 16.01.2024 passed by respondent No. 1, whereby, the representation filed by the petitioner against the transfer orderdated 07.03.2023 in compliance of the order dated 01.04.2023 passed in W.P. No. 6749/2023 has been decided without considering the ground raised by the petitioner in the representation as well as transfer policy has not been considered.

The aforesaid writ petition was disposed of with following directions:- I n view of the innocuous prayer made by the Counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it fit to relate the petitioner to the competent authority for taking a decision on representation which has been moved by him as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and till the representation is decided the effect andoperation of the impugned order dated 07.03.2023 so far as it relates to the petitioner shall remain stayed.
