ORDER

By this petition preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India the petitioner has claimed the following reliefs :-

    "(i) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus, Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to give due one annual increment w.e.f. 01.07.2024 to the petitioner. (ii) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus, Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to give retiral dues and pensionary benefit to the petitioner after including the aforesaid due one annual increment on his retirement.
    (iii) To allow this petition with costs"
    Counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court at Gwalior in the case of Yogendra Singh Bhadauria and Ors. Vs. State of Madhya Pradesh and Ors. W.A. No.645 of 2020 dated 22.09.2020, which reads as under:-
    "The instant writ appeal has been filed under Section 2(A) of M.P. Uchcha Nyayalay (Khand Peeth Ko Appeal) Adhiniyam, 2005 assailing the final order dated 06.03.2020 passed in WP 25702/2019 by learned Single Judge while exercising writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution, disposing of the petiti
