ORDER
From the ordersheets it is noted that nobody had appeared on behalf of applicants on 1.12.2023 and 22.1.2024. The case is called twice but there is no representation.

The present petition is filed under section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashment of FIR registered at crime No. 258/2022 by respondent No.1 for the offence alleged to have been committed under section 406 IPC and consequently the chargesheet and all criminal proceedings pending before JMFC, Indore in criminal case No. RCT/5968/2022. 3. Upon perusal of FIR, it is noted that respondent Nos.2 and 3 made complaint to the C.M.Helpline bearing complaint No.16537820 and 16537685 which was then forwarded to respondent No.1-police for inquiry along with supporting documents which transpires that applicant had entered into an agreement with respondent No.2 for selling and marketing of its Pan Masala named and styled as 'Harket Pan Masala'. It is further alleged that in pursuant to the agreement, respondent No.2 deposited an amount of Rs.3,14,000/- as a security deposit in the personal account of the applicant. It is also alleged that applicant had also entered into an agreement with the respondent No.3 for selling, marketing
