The petitioner has filed this present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:-

"(i) That, this Hon'ble Court may kind enough to direct the respondents to produce the relevant records before this Hon'ble Court for adjudication of the matter in proper perspective.

(ii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kind enough to issue appropriate writ/ order/ direction to the respondents to pay arrears of stipend to the petitioners at the revised rates in the light of the circular/order of the State Government dated 04.10.2018 and 07.06.2021 alongwith with prevalent rate of interest thereon, in the interest of justice (iii) That this Hon'ble Court may kind enough to writ/ order/ direction to the respondent no.3-College to refund caution money/ security deposit amount of Rs. 1,25,000/- each accruing interest thereon, in favour of each of the petitioner.

(iv) That this Hon'ble Court may kind enough to writ/ order/ direction to the respondent no.3- College to refund excess amount charged by it from the petitioner under various heads for issuing admit card, providing accommodation during the extended period and such amount which has been additionally char
