This petition has been filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following reliefs :-

( A ) to direct respondents to grant benefit of annual increment which was to be added on 1st of July and recalculate the benefit of retiral dues and pension and issue fresh PPO in favour of petitioner.

(B) to grant the arrears and consequential benefits from the date petitioner became eligible.

(C) Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case may be awarded

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court at Gwalior in the case of Yogendra Singh Bhadauria and Ors.
