This petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India has been filed against order dated 16/07/2024 passed by Sixth Civil Judge Senior Division, Jabalpur in RCSA No.463/2014, by which application filed by petitioners under Order 7 Rule 14 of CPC for taking additional documents on record has been dismissed.

2. Challenging the order passed by the Court below, it is submitted by counsel for petitioners that the registered sale-deed dated 09/09/2011 and correction deed dated 29/12/2011 are necessary and accordingly, the Trial Court should have taken the same on record. Petitioners filed the aforesaid documents as soon as copies of the same were received by the petitioners on 11/08/2023 from the Office of Sub-Registrar Jabalpur.

3. Considered the submissions made by counsel for petitioners.

4. The suit was filed in the year 2014. Application under Order 7 Rule 14 CPC was filed on 21/08/2023. According to this application, a registered sale-deed dated 09/09/2011 and correction deed dated
