This is the second application filed by the applicant under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail relating to Crime No.967/2022 registered at Police Station Manawar, District Dhar (M.P.) for the offence under Sections 420 and 409 of IPC. He is in custody since 27.07.2023.

As per the prosecution story, on 27.08.2022 complainant Sanjay Dave (Sub Auditor and Administrator of Adim Jati Sewa Sahkari Sanstha Maryadit) along with Manak Singh Thakur (Branch Manager of Jila Sahkari Kendriya Bank Maryadit, Branch Dharampuri, District Dhar) preferred a written complaint against the present applicant Sureshchandra, the then Branch Manager of Adim Jati Sewa Sahkari Sanstha Maryadit regarding irregularity of Rs.44,25,940/- found in the loan accounts of 118 member farmers, along with the co-accused Bhuwaan Singh. The allegation in the aforesaid complaint is that present applicant along with other co-accused persons defrauded the 118 member farmers and committed financial irregularities by preparing forged documents. A four members investigation team was constituted to investigate the irregularity found in the loan account of the member farmers and as per the report, offence agai
