ORDER

This Petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking following reliefs:

    “Therefore, it is most humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to :- (In case of a writ of certiorari) I.
    Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the impugned order:
    (A) i) Date of order:- 12-12-2023 Annexure P-1.
    ii) Passed in Case No.:- Case No.702/A27/2021-22. iii) Passed by :- Upper Commissioner, Sagar Division Sagar M.P. (B) i) Date of order:- 31-12-2021 Annexure P-2.
    ii) Passed in Case No.:- Case No.0126/Appeal/2020- 21 iii) Passed by :- Sub- Division Office, District Nivadi M.P. iv) Issue any other writ, order or direction as this Hon’ble Court deems fit.”

2. It is the case of petitioners that father of petitioners late Matadeen had purchased 1/4th share in Khasra No.257 area 0.045 hectares, Khasra No.257/d area 0.279 hectares, Khasra No.257/[k area 0.247 hectares, Khasra No.258 area 0.121 hectares and Khasra No.257/x area 0.409 hectares.
