ORDER

This petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking following reliefs:

“(1) That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire records from the respondents No.3 and 4 in relation to the present case for kind perusal and ready reference of this Hon’ble Court.

(2) That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No.5 and 6 to make proper enquiry and investigation on the written complaint of petitioner dated 21-

06-2022 and, take necessary action against the respondents No.3 and 4 in accordance with law.

(3) Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents No.3 and 4 to refund the blank cheque of the petitioner and the respondent No.3 and 4 may kindly be restrained from misusing the cheque issued by the petitioner in the 2016 at the agreement as security, in the interest of justice.

(4) Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents No.3 and 4 to return back the duly signed papers and blank cheques to the petitioner.

(5) Any other writ, order or direction, which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in facts and circumstances of the case may also kindly
