.....RESPONDENTS

(BY SHRI S.S. CHAUHAN - GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE)

This petition coming on for admission this day, Hon'ble Shri Justice

Ravi Malimath, Chief Justice passed the following:

ORDER

This petition is filed on the ground that the order dated 30.11.2022

passed by this Court in WP No.26667 of 2022 has been disobeyed. In terms

whereof, respondent No.2 was directed to consider the representation of the

petitioner and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible.

We do not find that any time frame has been fixed to consider the

representation. Therefore, the entire facts and the petition is out of context.

Furthermore, the letter written by the petitioners to the respondents is on

13.02.2022. Rather than awaiting a reasonable time to the respondents to

comply with the order, the petitioners rushed to this Court by filing this

contempt petition. This we find, is misuse of the court proceedings. Either way,

we do not find that any contempt arises in the petition.

In view of wastage of the time of this Court, we dismiss this petition by

imposing a cost of Rs.5,000/-, to be deposited with the M.P. High Court

Employees Association, Jabalpur (SB A/c No.519302010000235, Union Bank

of India, High Court, Jabalpur) within a period of two weeks from today.
