Court through Sub Inspector - Priyanka Parashar, Police Station Pichhore,

District Shivpuri.

We have interacted with her. She states that she has married one Sandeep

Yadav and was residing with him at Haryana. Presently, she states that she does

not intend to stay with her husband but intends to stay with her parents, namely,

the petitioner, who is the father. Admittedly, she is a major. She also has a child

aged about four months. There is no dispute with regard to the same.

In view of the fact that she is a major, she is entitled to lead her life the

way she chooses. Hence, we do not find that a writ of habeas corpus could be

issued after her production and her desire to stay with her father.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
