This petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking following reliefs:

    “(i) A writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to register the FIR against the culprits and to initiate criminal proceedings against the same;

    (ii) Any other appropriate writ, order or direction which the Hon’ble court may deem just and proper in the nature and circumstances of the case.”
