    ORDER

This criminal revision under Section 397 read with 401 of Cr.P.C.

has been preferred against the order dated 11.02.2021, passed by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Dharampuri, District Dhar in S.T. No.20/2020, whereby charges for the offence punishable under Section

306 of IPC have been framed against the applicant

2. deceased Nirmala Bai were having love affair and applicant wanted to marry the deceased, while she was denying to marry him. On 01.05.2020, at about 10.30 AM, applicant called the deceased near Shani Mandir, Baydipura Kali Bawdi and told her to marry him and when the deceased refused to marry him, he abetted her to commit suicide and “aaj se mujhe apna muh mat dikhana, meri taraf se tu mar ja”. (insecticide). She was taken to PHC, Kali Bawdi from where after preliminary treatment, she was referred to CHC, Dhamnod where during treatment, she died and first merg intimation report about the death of the deceased was registered at Police Station Dhamnod. Thereafter, on 02.05.2020, at about 1.30 AM, original merg intimation report was registered at Police Station Dharampuri, District Dhar.
