Petitioner has filed present writ petition under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India making following prayers:-
"1. It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to proper gratuity amount, arrears of pay, benefit of promotions, benefit of seventh pay scale, salary of suspension period and also not provided the family pension to the petitioner and further be pleased to direct the respondents to provide provisional family pension to the petitioner as soon as possible.
2. It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to decide/consider the representation of petitioner as soon as possible.
3. Any other relief as deems fit and proper in the circumstances of this case, along with the cost of this writ petition be also awarded."
Learned counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that petitioner has been convicted and sentenced in Special Case No.01/2016 and thereafter, petitioner has preferred an appeal which is pending for consideration. Some of the dues of which petitioner is entitled has not been paid to petitioner. Petitioner has filed a representation (Annexure-P/9) dated 27.10.
