1. Instant writ appeal under section 2 (1) of Madhya Pradesh Uchcha Nayalaya (Khand Nyayapeeth Ko Appeal) Adhiniyam , 2005 is directed against the order dated 18.7.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.19958 of 2024, whereby the petition preferred by the appellant assailing the notice dated 15.7.2024 issued by the Revenue Inspector, Circle Lahar, District Bhind directing the persons named therein including the petitioner to remain present at the time of demarcation done with regard to the land bearing Survey No. 2711, 2715 and 2716 situated at Kasba Lahar, Patwari Halka No.18, has been disposed of with an observation that Revenue Authorities shall undergo demarcation as per the provisions of M.P. Land Revenue Code and the regulations made thereunder and the Revenue Authorities shall ensure further proceedings as per the mandate of law.
