ORDER The present petition has been filed seeking the benefit of 20%

enhanced pension in terms with Policy of the State Government from the date the petitioner entered 80th years of age i.e. from 1.11.2016 in place of 1.11.2017, from which date the petitioner has already been granted the said benefit.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the similar issue has been dealt with by this Court in W.P.No.22739/2021 and petitioner is identically placed. In W.P.No.22739/2021, the Coordinate Bench of this Court has passed the following order:-
