ORDER

Heard on I.A.No.353 of 2024 - an application for taking additional documents on record.

For the reasons assigned, the same is allowed.

This is the fifth application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on behalf of the applicant for grant of temporary bail.

T h e applicant has been arrested on 05.03.2021 by Police Station Singhpur Nagar, District Satna (M.P.) in connection with Crime No.291/2020 3. On due consideration, subject to verification of death of father of the applicant by the trial Court, the applicant is directed to be released on temporary bail for a period of 05 days (five days) that would start from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with a surety bond of like amount to the satisfaction of CJM, Satna for his surrender on completion of 05 days.

4. I t is further directed that the applicant shall surrender immediately on completion of 05 days from the date of his release before the CJM. It is also directed that if applicant fails to surrender on completion of 05 days from the date of his release, the CJM shall take appropriate steps for securing his arrest.
